Established in 2002, System Dynamics is an institution born out of the entrepreneurial vision of Mr. Satyavir S. Sharma, a professionally qualified engineer and management professional, who brings over 30 years of experience with several internationally recognized organizations both in India and overseas.

Today, System Dynamics is an association of consulting professionals that can provide a unique blend of specialized services to meet the individualized needs of each of its customers. It has acquired unique insight and capability for Effective Operations and Strategic management of Small & Medium Enterprises (SME), for sustainable development.

We specialize in taking up Quality, Cost, delivery Improvement & problem solving projects & training initiatives in SME organisations. Our team comprises of Engineering & Management professionals with over 30 years experience, having base in Delhi NCR(Ghaziabad) & Uttarakhand (Rishikesh).

Leadership Team

Mr. Satyavir S. Sharma
In Principal Partner

Mr. Satyavir Sharma brings over 35 years of engineering services and management consulting experience across India and International markets. He is alumnus of IMT-Ghaziabad (PGDBM) with specialization in Operations Management and Industrial Marketing. He is an Electrical Engineer (Thapar University-Patiala) and Marine Engineering Graduate (MERI-Mumbai) with extensive engineering & operations management experience.

After starting his career in the Marine industry in 1980, he worked with leading international shipping organisations including Great Eastern Shipping, Wallem Ship Management, Dynacom Tankers etc. over the next 10 years. He has rich experience of managing very high value assets as Chief Engineer on large size Petroleum Product & Crude oil tankers while leading multinational teams of engineers and technical professionals.

In 1989, he switched tracks from the Marine industry and joined Manufacturing / Services sector. He joined Samtel Electron Devices as the Head of Department for Plant Engineering Services based at Ghaziabad. In 1996, he joined Micromatic Grinding Technologies as the General Manager – Operations and Business Development, where he was responsible for Operations and Projects Management, Plant Engineering Services Management, Administration and Safety management.

He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2002 with System Dynamics where he is currently engaged in providing cutting edge Management Consulting and Training services to manufacturing and service organizations. Since 2005, he is also been associated as Visiting/ Adjunct Faculty with leading management institutes such as IMT Ghaziabad (Full time Program) and IMT CDL amongst others.

He is a BVQI certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000:2000 series, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Institute of Sigma Learning, India. He is also a certified Trainer and Assessor from Government of India, Directorate General of Shipping.

He is a Fellow member of Institute of Engineers (India) & Executive Committee Member of Ghaziabad Management Association since 1996 where he has lead SME Development Forum as Chairperson.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar
In Associate – Operations

Mr. Mukesh Kumar has PG Diploma in Industrial Management and Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He has 32 years of rich, qualitative and multi functional experience in Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, Project Management, Productivity and Quality Improvement in Manufacturing and Service industries across India and Bangladesh.

He has an established track record as a Consultant & Trainer in the field of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma , TQM, Industrial Engineering and Productivity Improvement and has delivered various assignments in organizations like JK Cements, Pyrotech Electronics , RDPL Jaipur, Merino Industries, Epothane Civelec Engineers etc.

In his last corporate role, he was designated as Deputy General Manager (Process & Productivity Development) with M/s ABUL KHER GROUP (Bangladesh) where he executed multiple productivity and quality improvement projects for the organizations various manufacturing units of cement, steel (cold rolling & galvanizing), tobacco processing, beverage and tea packaging etc. Previously, he has been a core member of joint committee with M/S Andersen Consulting for performance improvement (Bench-mark exercise) in CLZS smelter & Zawar Mines units of M/S Hindustan Zinc Ltd.

He has extensive experience in productivity & quality improvement techniques such as ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, Six-Sigma, Quality Circles, Work Study, Value Engineering, Operation Research, SAP(MM) and e-procurement. He is proficient at developing cost effective vendors for procuring materials, spares and consumables. He is also skilled in implementing cost-saving initiatives to optimize efficiency of machines and enhance productivity.

He is a Life Member of "Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering” and "Indian Society for Training & Development".

Ms. Sucheta Sabharwal
In Associate - HR & Marketing

An Electronics Engineer and MBA by qualification, Sucheta comes with close to 10 years of experience across Technology, Marketing and HR Consulting roles. She has an established track record of working with Indian and large Multinational organizations across Asia and Europe.

She started her career in the technology domain and has worked with leading multinational technology companies. After graduating from Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering Pune in 2005, she joined Wipro Technologies as a Project Engineer. In this role, she was responsible for software development and quality assurance projects for European clients from the high tech semiconductor industry. After spending over 2 years with Wipro, she did a stint with Atrenta, a US based product software organization where she was designated as a Senior Software Engineer.

She switched tracks to Management field in 2009 and pursued her full time MBA in Marketing and HR from FORE School of Management, New Delhi. After completing a few short term assignments in marketing with leading brands like LG electronics, she joined Positive Moves Consulting, an Indian Consulting firm providing HR Consulting services to Global clients. She joined the organization as a Consultant and was managing clients in India and Asia Pacific. She was in this role for close to 6 years, where she was responsible for executing Executive Search and Value added HR Services projects for clients in Manufacturing, IT and Financial services Industries.

In her current role with System Dynamics, Sucheta leads the HR Consulting Services vertical for the firm. She has successfully delivered on multiple client projects for SME clients in Manufacturing Industry. She is also spearheading the firm’s marketing efforts across B2B, Web and Social Media channels.
